CG Fire & Electrical is a director-led contractor with 40 years of combined industry experience across electrical installations, fire alarms and specialist life-safety systems.
We support contractors, facilities teams, landlords, homeowners and end clients from first fix to final testing and handover.

You will know what has been priced, what happens next and how any change is handled before it becomes an unexpected cost.
Tell us the site, required works, programme and the information already available.
We review drawings and specifications or arrange a site visit where the scope needs confirming.
A clear price with the scope, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions and proposed programme identified.
Once accepted, we coordinate dates, access, materials and responsibilities with the relevant parties.
Work progresses to the agreed scope. Variations are identified and priced before additional work proceeds wherever practicable.
Testing, commissioning, certification and handover information are completed for the finished works.
Cost depends on the confirmed scope, site conditions, access, materials, programme and level of testing or commissioning required. The quotation states the basis of our price so it can be assessed properly—not compared against an unclear headline figure.
